Petition
Simon Hall, a 27 year old young man, was wrongfully convicted in 2003 in relation to the murder of Joan Albert in 2001. He was sentenced to life imprisonment and has been in prison ever since. Simon is fighting for his freedom and currently applying to the Criminal Case Review Commission to try gain Leave to Appeal against his conviction.
There are series of "errors" and "dismissals", that are significant and which could help Simon get his appeal and regain his freedom.
Please sign our petition and help us ensure that the British Justice System declares his conviction unsafe and grant his appeal so he has a fair chance to clear his name.
