THIS IS INCORRECT: THE GASTROENTEROLOGIST WAS INDEED CALLED IN COURT BUT SINCE IT COULD NOT BE AGREED WHAT TIME THE LAST MEAL WAS EATEN HIS EVIDENCE COULD NOT SUPPORT OUR THEORY THAT THE MURDER OCCURED AT AN EARLIER TIME.
